A couple of friends, Justin and Ryan, are struggling to make an impact in their lives. Until one day they dress up as cops as they’re on their way to a costume party; only to be ridiculed by former classmates. Everything changes when Ryan convinces Justin that they impersonate themselves as cops. From here on out they are caught up on cop calls and get themselves into outlandish situations. But when Justin gets a little too close to a new friend named Josie, she brings about trouble that both Justin and Ryan may not be able to keep the situation under control.
